Transformative Program.

The thought occurred to me you might be longing for a structured container, a space, to integrate all of the elements of your new Self, and to give them a way to become cohesive. 

These elements would include writing, the deeper creative self, the relationships found within writing; your health, the body, the compensations that the body relies on to stay safe; elements of personal belonging and life-long purpose. 

I’m not sure these elements are in the forefront of your conscious goals, but they all contribute to being in peace with longings, dreams, desires, and goals. The relationship you have with the former elements will determine your growth and accomplishments with the latter. 

Time to enter into a formal transformative training?

This might not be the time to enter into a formal transformative training: perhaps you’ve just relocated, or you have new systems to put into place, maybe your writing is taking hold, but if my suggestion of getting back on board a structured program lingers, let me know.

While I believe many of my current and former students have reached the final step within the writing coaching program, there are still several layers of exploration waiting for you in the transformative year-long program.

The Program.

I work with a small group of ten students for one year. I meet with them individually twice a month for 60 - 90 minutes each session. 

Each week students receive instructions for new ways of seeing, of being, of stepping out of normal life. These instructions are small, but slightly deviant from their normal, conditioned behavior. 

Each week students send me an email with a journal entry, written from a meditation toward problem solving. The journal entry is incorporated into one of the private sessions for processing.

Individual sessions are confidential, as found in therapy, but integrate both therapeutic and coaching conversations for transformation, personal understanding, and experience.

Often books, videos, seminars, other classes are provided to students to deepen their specific expression. 

My Mandala program, of The Soul of Anxiety, of Writing for The Seasons, of The Conversation With the Body, are incorporated within the weekly instructions.

Individual Learning Needs.

In the past, day trips, spirit journeys, plant medicine, and other excursions have been developed based on individual learning needs.

Assessments are discussed throughout the year to establish growth, change, and/or re-orientation. 

A final project is created as a practical and a ceremonial acknowledgment of a personal, professional, creative, family, community, global, galactic contribution you’ve made, from your year-long commitment, to your Self. 

The Program begins in August and September, 2021, and continues until August and September, 2022.

Tuition is $10,000.

The Results.

  • You will find Home, a place where personal excellence integrates previous limitations. 

  • You will allow back in parts of yourself that have been on hiatus, and have subsequently held you back as payment for their silence. 

  • You will learn how judgment, stress, and anxiety are your best friends, if you stop ignoring them, and instead listen to their guidance. 

  • You will create your own system to physically feel healthier, be more creative, and trust your intuition while making decisions with finances.

  • You will be confident in how to validate yourself and others while in potential conflict. 

Prior students report finding states of satisfaction, self-worthiness, transformative ways of being in the world, confidence in status, vibrancy in thriving beyond limitations.
